This listing is for a Stampin' Up! Totally Tabs Stamp Set and Whale Tail Matching Punch. The (4) stamps have never been used and come in the original Stampin Up clamshell box. There are no ink marks or stains on the stamps. The punch is in great used condition and works perfectly.

The blade is sharp and the image cuts clean. Lever mechanism moves smoothly up and down. There are some scratches to the mirror design on the top of the punch and some areas on the housing but these are cosmetic and do not affect the utility of the punch. The condition of this listing is USED even though the stamps are new and because the punch is gently used.
